All orders are shipped from Hossegor, France. All orders placed before 12pm CET time are dispatched the same business day. Orders are processed during business hours Monday - Friday, if an order is placed on the weekend or public holiday it will be processed the next business day.

Please note that all UK orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) meaning that you won't have to pay any extra custom taxes.
Returns
If you are not happy with the products your ordered, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. You have 30 days to contact us to launch the return process.

Request Unfortunately, we do not offer pre-paid label for returns. All returns costs are assumed by the customer.
For UK orders, we provide a return label to ensure a smooth return process. This will cost you 10 GBP.
Note that we will refuse any damaged, worn, spoiled products. Once the return has been processed by our warehouse, we will refund you (within few days). If you have any issue with the refund, contact us at europe@epokhe.co
